El Proyecto
El Proyecto pretende reducir la brecha de gΓ©nero en la educaciΓ³n financiera, con especial atenciΓ³n a las mujeres que se enfrentan a desventajas o retos especΓficos. A travΓ©s de programas de educaciΓ³n financiera y apoyo, pretende proporcionarles las habilidades necesarias para gestionar de forma independiente sus recursos financieros. AdemΓ‘s, reconoce la importancia de abordar la cuestiΓ³n mΓ‘s amplia de la violencia domΓ©stica, a menudo arraigada en la falta de control financiero dentro de la dinΓ‘mica familiar. Por lo tanto, el proyecto pretende contribuir no sΓ³lo a una mayor alfabetizaciΓ³n financiera, sino tambiΓ©n a un entorno mΓ‘s seguro y justo dentro de las familias.
- Pretende reducir la brecha de gΓ©nero en la educaciΓ³n financiera, centrΓ‘ndose en las mujeres desfavorecidas.
- Aborda cuestiones de control financiero dentro de la dinΓ‘mica familiar y la violencia domΓ©stica.
- Pretende mejorar los conocimientos financieros y crear un entorno familiar mΓ‘s seguro y justo.


OBJETIVO
- Mujeres que, independientemente de su edad, trabajan en profesiones u ocupaciones de sectores econΓ³micos caracterizados por una marcada diferencia de empleo entre hombres y mujeres y llevan al menos seis meses sin un empleo regular remunerado.
- Mujeres que sufren adicciones (drogas, alcohol y juego, etc.).
- Mujeres no incluidas (por ejemplo, mujeres inmigrantes aΓΊn no integradas en la comunidad, madres solteras).
- Mujeres con un perfil educativo bajo que no trabajan o trabajan en contextos laborales precarios.
El grupo destinatario refleja perfectamente los objetivos de inclusiΓ³n y recualificaciΓ³n del proyecto, que presenta situaciones personales complejas como, por ejemplo, viudas o mujeres jΓ³venes que desean emprender un camino independiente de la familia.
Se espera que aproximadamente 40 mujeres desfavorecidas de cada paΓs participen en la respuesta a los cuestionarios, y un mΓnimo de 50 mujeres en la formaciΓ³n virtual que ofrece el curso bΓ‘sico de educaciΓ³n financiera.
OBJETIVOS
Los objetivos concretos del proyecto, que pretenden no sΓ³lo educar, sino tambiΓ©n evaluar y abordar las necesidades especΓficas de las mujeres desfavorecidas.
Generales:
Reducir la brecha de gΓ©nero en la educaciΓ³n financiera de las mujeres desfavorecidas.
EspecΓficos:
- Evaluar el estado actual de la brecha de gΓ©nero en la educaciΓ³n financiera en Europa.
- Comprender las necesidades de educaciΓ³n financiera de las mujeres desfavorecidas.
- Sensibilizar y proporcionar las habilidades esenciales para la independencia financiera.
- Formar a educadores en simulaciΓ³n virtual para la educaciΓ³n financiera de mujeres desfavorecidas.
