DAS PROJEKT

Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die geschlechtsspezifischen Unterschiede in der Finanzbildung zu verringern, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Frauen liegt, die benachteiligt sind oder vor besonderen Herausforderungen stehen. Durch Finanzbildungsprogramme und Unterstützung sollen sie die notwendigen Fähigkeiten erwerben, um ihre finanziellen Ressourcen unabhängig zu verwalten. Darüber hinaus erkennt das Projekt an, wie wichtig es ist, das umfassendere Problem der häuslichen Gewalt anzugehen, das oft in der mangelnden finanziellen Kontrolle innerhalb der Familiendynamik begründet ist. Daher soll das Projekt nicht nur zu einer besseren finanziellen Allgemeinbildung beitragen, sondern auch zu einem sichereren und gerechteren Umfeld in den Familien.

Ziel ist es, die geschlechtsspezifischen Unterschiede in der Finanzbildung zu verringern, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Frauen liegt, die benachteiligt sind.
Es befasst sich mit Fragen der finanziellen Kontrolle innerhalb der Familiendynamik und der häuslichen Gewalt.
Verbesserung der finanziellen Allgemeinbildung und Schaffung eines sichereren und gerechteren Familienumfelds

DIE ZIELGRUPPE

Frauen, die unabhängig von ihrem Alter in Berufen oder Tätigkeiten in Wirtschaftsbereichen arbeiten, die durch ein ausgeprägtes geschlechtsspezifisches Beschäftigungsgefälle gekennzeichnet sind, und die seit mindestens sechs Monaten ohne reguläre bezahlte Beschäftigung sind.
Frauen, die an Abhängigkeiten leiden (Drogen, Alkohol, Glücksspiel usw.).
Nicht aufgenommene Frauen (z. B. Migrantinnen, die noch nicht in die Gemeinschaft integriert sind, alleinerziehende Frauen).
Frauen mit niedrigem Bildungsstand, die nicht arbeiten oder in prekären Arbeitsverhältnissen tätig sind.

Die Zielgruppe spiegelt die Eingliederungs- und Umschulungsziele des Projekts perfekt wider, da es sich um komplexe persönliche Situationen handelt, wie z. B. Witwen oder junge Frauen, die einen von der Familie unabhängigen Weg einschlagen wollen.

Es wird erwartet, dass etwa 40 benachteiligte Frauen aus jedem Land an der Beantwortung der Fragebögen und mindestens 50 Frauen an der virtuellen Schulung im Rahmen des Grundkurses für finanzielle Bildung teilnehmen werden.

ZIELE

Die konkreten Ziele des Projekts, das nicht nur auf die Bildung, sondern auch auf die Bewertung und Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Bedürfnisse benachteiligter Frauen abzielt.

Allgemeines:

Überwindung der geschlechtsspezifischen Unterschiede in der Finanzbildung für benachteiligte Frauen.

Spezifisch:

Bewertung des aktuellen Stands der geschlechtsspezifischen Unterschiede in der finanziellen Bildung in Europa.
Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse benachteiligter Frauen im Bereich der finanziellen Bildung
Bewusstseinsbildung und Vermittlung grundlegender Fähigkeiten für finanzielle Unabhängigkeit.
Schulung von Ausbildern in virtuellen Simulationen für die finanzielle Bildung benachteiligter Frauen.

✨ Euro Education Bulgaria plays a vital role in the Gender Balance in Financial Education (GBFE) project by contributing to the creation of video tutorials on essential topics such as financial management 💸, family budgeting 🏠, and banking relationships 🏦. During the project meeting in Plovdiv 🇧🇬, Marinela Yordanova explained how Euro Education Bulgaria will ensure that the video tutorials reach all participants across different countries by translating the content into their native languages 🌐, to make sure everyone can understand and apply the lessons learned.

EEB and its partners aim to engage 40 disadvantaged women by offering videos for both online and in-person lessons 🎥. Marinela emphasised the importance of this project not only for Bulgaria but for all of Europe 🇪🇺, given the pressing need to improve women’s financial skills.
