Проектът
Проектът има за цел да намали разликата между половете във финансовото образование, със специален акцент върху жените, изправени пред неравностойно положение или специфични предизвикателства. Чрез програми за финансово образование и подкрепа, цели да им предостави необходимите умения за самостоятелно управление на финансовите си ресурси. Освен това, признава важността на справянето с по-широкия проблем с домашното насилие, който често се корени в липсата на финансов контрол в семейната динамика. Ето защо проектът се стреми да допринесе не само за повишаване на финансовата грамотност, но и за по-безопасна и по-справедлива среда в семействата.
- Има за цел да намали разликата между половете във финансовото образование, като се фокусира върху жените, изправени пред неравностойно положение.
- Разглежда проблемите на финансовия контрол в рамките на семейната динамика и домашното насилие.
- Стреми се към повишаване на финансовата грамотност и създаване на по-безопасна и по-справедлива семейна среда
ЦЕЛТА
- Жени, които, независимо от възрастта, работят по професии или длъжности в икономически сектори, характеризиращи се с ясно изразена разлика в заетостта между половете и са били без редовна платена заетост най-малко шест месеца.
- Жени, страдащи от зависимости (наркотици, алкохол, хазарт и др.).
- Не са включени жени (напр. жени имигранти, които все още не са интегрирани в общността, самотни майки).
- Жени с нисък образователен профил, които не работят или работят в контекст на несигурна работа.
Целевата група перфектно отразява целите за включване и преквалификация на проекта, който представя сложни лични ситуации, като например вдовици или млади жени, желаещи да поемат по път, независим от семейството.
Очаква се приблизително 40 жени в неравностойно положение от всяка страна да бъдат включени в отговорите на въпросниците и минимум 50 жени във виртуалното обучение, предлагано от курса за основно финансово образование.

Конкретните цели на проекта, са не само да образоват, но и да оценяват и адресират специфичните нужди на жените в неравностойно положение.

- Оценеяване настоящото състояние на разликата между половете във финансовото образование в Европа.
- Разбиране нуждите от финансово образование на жените в неравностойно положение.
- Повишаване на осведомеността и осигуряване на основни умения за финансова независимост.
- Обучаване на преподаватели във виртуална симулация за финансово образование на жени в неравностойно положение.

🎓 At the University of Siena, the final conference of the GBFE project, coordinated and organised by OpenCom!
On 30 September, the University of Siena – Arezzo Campus hosted the final conference of the European project GBFE, Gender Balance in Financial Education, funded by the Erasmus+ programme and promoted by Fondazione Arezzo Innovazione.
👉 The event, coordinated and organised by OpenCom, took place as part of a lecture by Professor Claudio Melacarne, who teaches General Pedagogy at the Department of Education, Human Sciences and Intercultural Communication (DIPOSC).
The session turned the university classroom into a lively forum for dialogue between researchers, educators, institutions, the banking sector and local associations, with over 150 students attending on-site and online.
The discussion, moderated by Andrea Repek (Inedita), featured contributions from Marco Morbidelli (Fondazione Arezzo Innovazione), Erina Guraziu (OpenCom), Ursula Armstrong (Pronto Donna), Mirco Romoli (Banca Tema) and Gabriella Salvietti, a former Lebole worker, who shared reflections and experiences on how financial education can become a true driver of inclusion and gender equality. 🌍💪
